第四阶段

职场共赢

选手通过抽签分为两人一组，合作完成1个职场情境沟通任务并各自总结汇报。每组选手职场情境沟通时间为5分钟，每位选手总结汇报时间为2分钟。提问评委分别向每位选手提出1个问题。每位选手回答问题时间为1分钟。

Contestants work in pairs to complete a business communication task in 5 minutes, and then give a 2-minute task report separately. The question master will ask each contestant 1 question. Please answer the question within 1 minute. The 2 contestants will be scored separately.

 

Scenario:

Yaku Ski Resort is one of the most popular ski resorts in China, and Hansen's is a well-known manufacturer and retailer of ski equipment in Norway.   Recently, Yaku Ski Resort has planned to purchase some professional ski equipment. Hansen's is searching for an opportunity to open up the Chinese market. Both parties intend to take this opportunity to cooperate.   Andrew Zhang, the Purchasing Supervisor from Yaku Ski Resort, is going to meet Jakob Hansen, the Marketing Supervisor from Hansen's, to negotiate the business cooperation.

Section 1：Please make a 3-minute role-play based on the two posters. Contestants should take account of the following key points regarding the intended goals.

 

Contestant 1: Andrew Zhang, the Purchasing Supervisor from Yaku Ski Resort

Key points of the negotiation:

lIntroduce the Yaku Ski Resort and your requirements.

lAssess how well Hansen's Flash Series will meet your needs.

lNegotiate the price and estimated quantity of the order (make sure that the purchasing price is lower than its retail price).

 

Contestant 2: Jakob Hansen, the Marketing Supervisor from Hansen's 

Key points of the negotiation:

lIntroduce Hansen's family brand and their strengths, and present the Flash Series to Yaku.

lExplain how the latest Flash Series will meet Yaku Ski Resort's needs.

lNegotiate the price and offer reasonable discount according to the quantity of the order.

 

Intended Goals: The two sides should reach an agreement on the order for ski equipment and lay the foundation for a long-term partnership.

 

Section 2：Each contestant presents a 2-minute task report to his/her boss respectively. The report should cover the following two aspects: 

(1) A brief review of the negotiation and its results;

(2) The prospect of future cooperation based on the mutual interest of the two companies.
