选手通过抽签分为两人一组，合作完成 1 个职场情境沟通任务并各自总结汇报。每组选手职场情境沟通时间为 5 分钟，每位选手总结汇报时间为 2 分钟。提问评委分别向每位选手提出 1 个问题。每位选手回答问题时间为 1 分钟。
赛 题
Contestants work in pairs to complete a business communication task in 5 minutes, and then give a 2-minute report separately. The question master will ask each contestant 1 question. Please answer the question within 1 minute. The 2 contestants will be scored separately.
Topic 1
Scenario:
GreenFruits Farm, a tropical fruit farm located in northwest Malaysia, is planning to cooperate with a hi-tech company to efficiently manage agricultural activities.
e-Crop Company, headquartered in Shenzhen, is a well-known advanced AI platform for food and agriculture, focused on using smart farming technologies to increase sustainability in agricultural production.
Cathy Smith, the vice president of GreenFruits Farm, is going to meet Jack Huang, the marketing supervisor of e-Crop Company, to negotiate the business opportunity.
Section 1：Please make a 5-minute role-play based on the two posters. Contestants should take account of the following key points regarding the intended goals.
Contestant 1: Cathy Smith, vice president of GreenFruits Farm
Key points of the negotiation:
lIntroduce GreenFruits Farm and the need for optimizing smart farming technologies.
lAssess how well e-Crop Company will meet your needs.
lNegotiate the smart technologies and related solutions suitable for GreenFruits Farm.
Contestant 2: Jack Huang, marketing supervisor of e-Crop Company
Key points of the negotiation:
lIntroduce e-Crop Company, including its main technical solutions and services.
lPropose suitable smart technologies for GreenFruits Farm according to their needs.
lNegotiate smart technologies and related solutions suitable for GreenFruits Farm.
Intended goals: The two sides should reach an agreement on an optimized proposal for smart farming technologies, and develop a follow-up plan.
Section 2：Each contestant presents a 2-minute task report to his/her boss respectively. The report should cover the following two aspects:
la brief review of the negotiation and its results;
la follow-up plan for future cooperation based on the two companies’ mutual interest.
Topic 2
Scenario:
Universe Motors, a leading smart automotive company from Shanghai, plans to launch its new X8 intelligent SUV in Europe. To enter the market, it is seeking collaboration with Bista Group, a Norway-based global automotive distributor known for its adaptable “resource-to-market” services and extensive regional network.
Jane Liu, the Universe Motors sales supervisor, will meet Simon Brown, the Bista Group marketing supervisor, to discuss the partnership opportunity.
Section 1：Please make a 5-minute role-play based on the two posters. Contestants should take account of the following key points regarding the intended goals.
Contestant 1: Jane Liu, the sales supervisor of Universe Motors
Key points of the negotiation:
lIntroduce Universe Motors and its newly developed X8 intelligent SUV.
lAssess how well Bista Group can help the X8 enter the European market.
lNegotiate suitable marketing strategies and services for Universe Motors.
Contestant 2: Simon Brown, the marketing supervisor of Bista Group
Key points of the negotiation:
lIntroduce Bista Group, including its business model and services.
lPropose suitable marketing solutions for Universe Motors according to their needs.
lNegotiate suitable marketing strategies and services for Universe Motors.
Intended goals: The two sides should reach an agreement on marketing strategies and a services proposal, and develop a follow-up plan.
Section 2：Each contestant presents a 2-minute task report to his/her boss respectively. The report should cover the following two aspects:
lA brief review of the negotiation and its results;
l The follow-up plan for future cooperation based on the mutual interest of the two companies.
